        that would depend on whose side they're on at any given moment. I did always think it a bit odd though that the French are considered eligible for either side, as their navy never actually did anything helpful for the Germans.

        The Richelieu did fire on the British at the Battle of Dakar. Though it did do more damage to themselves than the enemy. :) I guess that is enough to warrant them a place in the Axis Navy. ;)
