      <content:encoded><![CDATA[I have been sitting on this for a while and thought I would shart this as a alternitive to stuffing tubes, I call it a grease lock for propeller shafts. It is made with a short pice of brass pipe with turned down plugs to be solid end caps with a space on the ends for O-rings. The internal space is filled with gereace, I have found that bacon or beef greace is a good substitute for marine greace and it would just be a wast product from the kitchen. the caps are brazed on and the shaft needs...<br />

He&#039;s a fast gunner, but I&#039;m not sure if he&#039;s on this forum &amp; I don&#039;t know if he wants his name shared.  I figure I would chronicle our testing.<br />

He has a pre-existing Admiral Sheer which is getting overhauled, so we are going to use her to fit the new alpha-test cannons.  His requirements are 50-BBs, with 5-extra for tweaking.<br />

In a previous RC, a tank, build I had some concerns over motors getting too hot, so for this build I’m looking at installing copper coils with a water pump.       <content:encoded><![CDATA[I seems that over the years junction boxes have been tried and rejected for use as a waterproof box. The common problem seemed that the lid wasn&#039;t rigid enough to create a waterproof seal. <br />

Even fully submerged I removed the brass primer with no luck. Every once in a while it will prime and pumps correctly but so far it’s just not dependable.       <content:encoded><![CDATA[A rose box is THE lowest point in a ships bilges.  Our toys don&#039;t usually have them in scale locations, but they do exist in a form.<br />
<br />
Rose Boxes collect all the bilge water and trash that occur.  They get plugged and have to be cleaned out manually (yuck).<br />
<br />
Same with our toys.  Here is my solution to the problem.  After installing bilge pump clogs never happen.
