      Curt, this photo was taken at Sullivan's Pond, Dartmouth NS. I was trying to find Rob Clarke's Akizuki Class DD, which had been sunk by crossing its own wake. The pond had been occupied by ducks and swans for about a century and the bottom was covered in a thick layer of accumulated bird poop! Visibility was nearly zero and the search was unsuccessful. Rob eventually recovered the model by grappling. I don't think it sailed again.
