This was Ralph Coles' HMS Erin hull plug in 1997. He was building a hull plug for HMS Agincourt simultaneously. There was no interest in the hulls when he canvassed RC naval combat websites, so he abandoned both projects. I eventually got my hands on the Agincourt's wooden framework but by then it was badly warped and couldn't be salvaged.
