This isn't the 'Prince Albert'. It's my model of HMCS Prince Robert, one of 3 British Columbia coastal ferries converted to armed merchant cruisers with 4 x 6" guns. They were the largest ships in the Royal Canadian navy early in WWII. By 1943 Prince Robert had been converted to a CLAA with twin 4" DP guns (British weapons common on cruisers and the Manx Class fast minelayers). Her sisters were converted to assault landing ships that carried several LCAs and LCMs on davits.

I built this model in the mid-2000s using an Eric Broderick hull. It's now in the OAF fleet.
