@Krith I'm using Autodesk Fusion. the free version is perfectly suitable to start off, but I pay about 400 bucks per year for the full program. I would suggest you start off with the free version, and just reach out to one of us who has the paid subscription whenever you need something tat you can't do with the free version. so far as how to do it... well...... I started in 2019 and this boat is something I did last spring and summer. I watched a LOT of youtube videos, I talked a lot with others like @bsgkid117 and I did a ton of trial-and-error experimentation. you have to start somewhere, and your first models are gonna be sooooo goofy looking, but a lot of this is experience. it's frustrating, but eventually the logic of the program just clicks and you can do some really crazy stuff. So bear in mind, these aren't simple projects. I can crank out the hull form in a few hours, but all the work and thought that goes into it is intense. even now, with 5 years of experience in Fusion, I am still spending like a *year* on a good boat. my current project is a passion project that I have been doing since last July, and it won't be ready to print until probably september
