      The balsa has really shrunk since it was applied. I see the old copper pipe funnel, bridge, tripod, 12 sided barbette, and turret from my scrapped HMS Terror. I made Erebus' aft deckhouse from fiberglass in a one use balsa mold. Unlike the Terror I fitted Erebus with the bow rudder seen here. There are 3 vertical geared shafts in line aft from the bow to get enough room for the rudder activating arm to be installed. I'm really curious as to how Erebus will turn with bow and stern rudders. This is the only warship class in the hobby with that rudder arrangement.

      This ship is long overdue to be completed. I don't know when Tommy can get to it.
