The 2013 MNCC Treaty combat rules are available here. Note that the rules are the same as the 2012 Treaty rules with the addition of the following MNCC provisional rule: Midwest Naval Combat Club 2013 provisional rule – instead of H. 6) d), the following is allowed: Aircraft carriers. Class 4-8 carriers with a beam of at least 73' may have side mounts in the following allotment: a) Class 4-5 carriers may carry a maximum of two side mount cannons with a maximum of one firing cannon covering a specific side. b) Class 6-8 carriers may carry a maximum of three side mount cannons with a maximum of two firing cannons covering a specific side. c) Class 6-8 carriers over 800 feet may have a maximum of four side mount cannons with a maximum of two firing cannons covering a specific side. d) All barrels must: i) Be at or above the hanger deck. ii) Be fixed in place without ability to pivot or rotate. iii) Have a maximum of 15 degrees down angle. iv) Have multiple barrels spaced no less than 2 inches center to center.
