May parents saw this book on my Amazon wish list and ignored my note to ignore it as it was way too expensive... Glee! :) :) :)

I wish I had known, I donated my copy to the LSU library when I moved. I would have gladly let you have it.

Fuso will be wood, I think, it's close to QE in terms of units and play style. A few inches longer, but not many. Got to clear some hulls out of the shop this year to make room :)

Dang, some of those books are way outside my price range. I like to collect books if just to look at pictures but not around that $100+ range. Nice gift to receive from the family.
Tug, I did pick up the yamato one and i will probably start a build on a sister ship later this next year. It is a great book. Thanks for the referral.

Nice gift. I too received nice gifts in the form of Warship Pictorial books. One of the ROMA and the other for Nagato. The Third book is the Super Drawiings in 3D by Kagero
of the USS IOWA. You know what. I read them all . Finished up the IOWA book last night. God I am in heaven.

Very nice gift! :) As a gift to myself, I ordered "To Crown the Waves", and pre-ordered "On Seas Contested". Looking forward to getting them. :)

Very cool for both of you :) I still have a few of the AotS books that I'm wanting to get in the future, but I had consigned the Fuso book to 'hopes and dreams' :)

I need to clear some projects before I can build one, though.

To Crown the Waves arrived today! :) I've been breezing through it, and it looks like it'll be a great read and a good reference book.
