Hello, I started playing RC combat in 1987 with Western Warship. I got to see and help contribute to the development of what is now big gun. I was at the epic battles with SBG in Riverland and traveled with the over 12 members to southern CA, to play at their pond. As president of Western Warship in the early 90's I worked with John White president of SBG to keep both clubs aligned as long as we could (They wanted Carriers and we did not). I resigned after I moved from the Bay Area in 1995 (You had to live in the Bay Area to be on the board) and left the game after the 1996 season. In late 2012 my step father also a member past away from cancer and after I was given his boats, decided to come back to RC combat, so I joined Western Warship and that did not last long (one season). I am now with PMWC and I am going to try and post more often, but I cant type so this is like doing work for fun. Thank you,
