    You could build one with threaded pipe if you wanted to. Soldered is probably easier to size and lighter weight. A propane torch is like $20-$25, not exactly expensive, and has a number of uses in the hobby and life. But yeah threaded pipe would work if that's what you're set on doing

    You really only need an accumulator for triples or duals in a battleship where there's some distance between the regular and the solenoids.
