For all you fans of the Age of Sail, here's a website you may be interested in:

They've got an extensive collection of free plans and diagrams for sailing ships of the French Navy, and a fine selection of American Clipper ships too.

I wish I could work with wood. I would make one as I think that is the way to go. That site is great! I like the battling style of the age-of-sail ships.

plus it would be a great time to make a cool fast gun / big gun hybrid gun that will have a large reservoir to feel all the guns.

So what are THE ships to build? Did they all have just one rudder?

@jadfer - Usually yes. At least since the passing of the classical age.

They are a bit early for my tastes....1880-1905....now there's the ticket. :)

I personally find Age of Sail ships more interesting, but the Predreadnought era ships are much more practical for RC combat. I do, of course, hope to play with both :)
