Take_Down, take a look at the club finder: http://www.rcnavalcombat.com/rcnavalcombat/localClubs/ I think you'll find what you're looking for. Not all the clubs have active members on this forum, even though they're listed, so take the initiative and send them an email. The battle season is starting soon, so you'll probably want to attend a battle or two to get an idea of how things work before you buy a ship. You may find that whatever ship you were looking at isn't quite as good for you as another one you see at the pond.
