hello all, decided to get back into the RC Combat game after an absence. Going 1/96 battlestations and looking for a set of plans for the BB-7 to BB-9 class of american battleships. (Illinois, Alabama, Wisconsin) Plans do not need to be 1/96, anything will really work. I am adapting another fiberglass hull from a british predreadnaught to her. Really need the superstructure detail and a side profile so I know how tall to make the decks above the water line. Thanks to any who can point me in the right direction. Brian
It is good to see you getting back in the game Brian. It is also really good to see you building something larger than that frustrating little convoy ship that you had before. Perhaps we will actually be able to hit it this time. I do not have a line on the plans that you need. But I am sure that someone else does. Mikey
I thought about the Michigan class, but it is about 9-10" longer and I think the model would weigh in at 50 pounds! Wow! four twins would look neat though. For now I will go smaller and build it with the 2x2 - 7/32's. Plenty of room for that.
