I recently purchased a Hull from Battlers Connection,
when the USPS decided to drop something on the package and loose some
of the product inside and crack the hull, Rick at BC was right there
to make sure I got everything I had paid for and no shipping on the
parts he had to resend. Rick's guns fire right out of the box and
have given me no issues (have 8 of his guns right now)

I am putting 3 guns in my Savanna and 3 in my Son's Adm. Scheer and
these are all going to be BC guns that are on their way as we speak.
Same with the regulators, turrets, and life-boats. They are our
one-stop shop even for us here in Canada for the internals for our
boats. We have quite a few club members who swear by (not at) BC
parts also so it's not just me here.

While it is the products that are good it is the service and the
willing helpful people at BC that make all the difference. When you
call or e-mail them you get a reply and they follow back up to make
sure you are happy and everything is what you wanted and if it is not
right they make it right and in this day and age that is something to
treasure, a company that is not just out to make a quick buck but
rather serve its customers and make sure that at the end of the day
they are happy with what they bought and that they have the right
    thing for what they wanted.

    Thanks BC/Rick etc.[:D]

Rick is a great guy and I enjoyed both battling with him and dealing with him through BC. Way to go, Rick!

I agree, when ever i have asked him questions, he has been most helpful, and i look forward to doing business with him later on down the road.

You must also give props to the guys who help build and support the items for BC. Rick is but one part of the great service we all receive from them at BC.

If it were not for people like Rick and Those
at Battler's Connection we would have alought less people
in our great hobby, I think we should always use any chance
we get to say thanks to these people for stepping up and
using their free time to make sure the rest of us can get
on the water or get there faster and better armed than before!

    Thanks Battler's Connection Team !

and a special thanks to Rick for all his advice and help!

It really is the PEOPLE in this hobby that make it great.
Sure its fun to sink someone else's ship or make that desperate
drive toward shore with a sinking boat, but what will keep you
coming back is the friendly helpful people, nothing else.

That's what I thought until I met Rick from BC yesterday. What a pain! The guy kept following me around all day "Hey, Moto, can I borrow some silk span from you? Where did you buy your radio? Gee, I wish I could be just like you."

    What a putz.

    [)]

(Seriously, though, it was a pleasure to meet him in person and I look forward to building my VDT with BC's help and guidance. The plan is to purchase as many components from them pre-built so that I can focus on learning the basic mechanics of a ship's components and systems...and then promptly sink it due to a rookie's mistake).

I thought I was the only one that had that problem. He tries to be like everyone else. He even battled allied when we met. Hat's off to Charley Stevens for starting the BC. Without him there would be a lot more dry pants in the hobby.
