Do you have adjustable endpoints on your radio?

You have the necessary adjustments, Monk. The mexican guy who brought you your radio (named Manuel) can explain how to use the radio's functions ;)

you have to adjust the end points for both ends, as it does not force you to be symmetric. you may have to hold the stick a bit to the side you want to adjust to adjust that end point

Of course servolink sprockets and their tiny plastic chain work well in this application, too, and the location of the servo is not as tricky. One source is Servo City.Visit this site
Additional sources are on the NTXBG web site, I believe.

    Cheers,

I used the servolink chain in my Yamato for years. Works wonderfully.

I've pretty much standardized on servolink for driving the rudder as well starting with Dallas years ago. Allows for a better fine tuning of rudder throw, and an easy symmetrical throw as well.

On a Rudder? :) No. There are folks in NTXBG that also use it to attach their motors to the propshafts without too much issue. It's stronger than you think.

My son had his first trouble this weekend while I was shaking down the Boston he crossed my bow as I was looking at my dog at edge of the pool and well can you say speed bump and my bow rolled him and hit his ruder while he was trying evasive maneuvers and the chain snapped as my hull drove into the ruder in the opposite direction but I put it back together and had no other troubles [^]

Well if you didn't use your ships as a demolition derby that wouldn't happen. try shooting it next time and quit paying attention to the damn dog.
