I couldn't find the old thread about meeting Ernst. He is the Gentleman that was stationed aboard one of the German pocket-battleships during WW2.
Josh called today and is trying to set this up next weekend at his place in Cinci, Ohio.
I will post more info shortly.

    Up-date.
Ernst will be at a build-session at Josh's house on this Saturday at around 2-3 pm. The build-session will last into the evening. I am not sure how long Ernst can stay though.
    The address is..
3489 Hillside Ave. Cincinatti, Ohio 45204

Can you get him to sign a piece of paper? The idea of laminating the signature of an actual crewmember of one of the pocket BB's into my Deutschland gives me goosebumps and sets me into a giddy fanboy trance :)
