Finally got to put a face to Eric it was a pleaser meeting you and sharing the Dazed and confused look with some one. It was nice to not be alone in the say what department.
I certainly learner a lot like its 16 kg equals 35 lb DIVE, DIVE, DIVE [:0] can’t wait till the next build .

Well I have both hulls taped and the subdeck for one cut. I now have the complete rudder assy, propulsion assy, Guns, Bilge pump and battery. The servos came in today as well. Now if I can just get some ca glue I'll be all set. I ordered some thru BDE R/C Combat but I doubt I will get it anytime soon. Been waiting for over a month for a set of plans I ordered. Apparently they have a lot going on. Hopefully the hobby shop in Hyannis has some. They were sold out two weeks ago. Going to start putting everything together so I can figure out where to put it in the hull before I start cutting and gluing.

Well I got the CA Glue today in Hyannis at centerline hobbies. They specialize in R/Cs and have a lot of stuff. Now I need fiberglass cloth. What is the best type to get (Lightweight, Med, Heavy) and where can I get it? I have a very busy weekend but I hope to be able to work on the hull sunday.

I prefer to use the 2 oz I find it easiest to work with. I searched local stores and most auto places carry 9 oz or heavier I personally feel is too heavy maybe some of the more experienced builders here can weigh in on this but the 2 oz is just right for me. I just use several coats which helps with over lap and getting a nice finish. well that’s my 2 cents that is probably worth only .5 cents but there it is anyways. [;)]
