cannon movement?

    Ok after watching videos and things, i am wondering, Am i correct in saying some boats have cannons that turn and some dont? do some groups have rules agaisnt turning cannons? ( i know cannons cant elevate)

    Biggun most guns rotate, most small gun cannons are fixed.
