I see in some build pic that some bottles are set flat in the boat and some have the regulator elevated. does it make a differance?

    thanks

You don't want the regulator to freeze up after multiple quick firings. Keeping it elevated seems to help. My Cleveland has a 10 degree elevation, just enough for her.

Here in MN you must give it a little tip up. In the sprnig and fall the bottles will freeze the water around them. I've had to chip the bottle out of the ship before.

    How about this.

I've been to two battles that we had to break the ice to battle. I've been to two other battles in the snow. Someplace I have a pic of the bottle in Warspite frozen in place. She almost sank under the weight of the ice.

    I like grape snow cones.
