To all DD and CL Captains: I'm about to place my CO2 cartridge order for my Mogador. I was wondering what's the typical cartridge usage over a three day event? I'll be using 12g cartridges. Thanks
You can get ~50-55 shots from one 12g cartridge depending on gas flow and what pressure your reg is actually set at (you can set your reg a little lower if you've got a standard stern gun that shoots aboves since you dont need as much velocity if you arent going through water, and this will help get more shots out of a cartridge). So how many guns and how many sorties during this three day event, plus add in a some extras for tweaking and random gun testing type stuff if you dont have a larger tank to connect to. Atleast 12g cartridges are pretty easy to get if you start running low.
