You must have a particular ship in mind by asking that question. The rules simply say the ship must have sailed from 1905 to 1945 and at least floated. Guess the question is; what is "sailed" defined as?
I can think of a bunch of ships that fit that description. We probably should clarify things a bit. Does being a hulk count?

Hmmm, this makes me want to add the HMS Abercrombie, a Roberts class Monitor, to my build list... Anyone built monitors before?
Oh and on my Passaic guess I was wrong. The last of those were scrapped in 1902. The very similar Cannonicus is still in the running.
