Double VU build

    Well now that the NC is done time to tackle the next projects. Building the VU. 2 actually. One for combat.. mine:D and one non combat..Wife.o_O I did talk her out me keeping the molded turrets their pink color. :sick:
    The combat VU is for me to take to Nats. Much more portable and cheaper to operate move around. Besides I like how the smaller packs of boats swarm a larger ship and that just looks too much fun. Yay! Right up my alley.
    The non combat is to remain a solid hull. However it may be armed and if not than just a runner. I figure it be good to have both versions operational.

    Which turrets did you go with,and who made that gorgeous hull?

    For which ship? Montana or VU.Vu qas made by Ralph Coles.Montana by Strike.

    Dustin the pink turrets the wife likes so may keep them that way :sick:. Hull done by Ralph Coles a loooog time ago.
    Montana is by Stike models but I was able to get the superstructure foam parts and deck levels for it.:)

    Ok so question for the people with VU models.What are you using for Drive system? What Type of battery power are you using for Drive and Pump systems?

    The bench is ready for the VU build. Spouse edition. Then my combat VU will be here as well but that one will be for combat. I need a portable combat ship to take over the border when I attend a Nats.
