After much trudging through the internet, I came across a set of Iowa Class (Specifically BB-62, which is the most complete set from the ones that I found) and I thought I would share. These are declassified and public domain. On my monitor, if I zoom to 115% they are exactly 1:144 scale. They include the cross sections of hull, super structure, and by interior levels.
