    Ello,Im New Here And I Was Wondering, How Old Do You Have To Be To Operate One Of These Ships?

    Welcome to the site, and the hobby.
    That would probably depend on what club you are in, as there are several. It might also depend on if you have an adult accompany you to events.
    The MWC pretty well covers Fl. , and although I am not sure about an age limit, I do know they have a bunch of young ones battling with them.

    Welcome;

    In our BIG Guns club, a person must be at least 18 to captain an ARMED ship.
    any age can captain an unarmed ship with adult supervision.

    We do have youngsters sailing around the pond out here.

    Ive Seen Pictures Of Cargo Ships That Look Like Theres No Guns, So Does That Mean I Can Man A Cargo Ship?

    It's really up to the club what they are willing to allow. I've heard of 6 year olds operating armed ships before, but that's not too common. I think 10 to 12 is about the age most clubs are comfortable letting someone start running an armed ship.
