    Ahoy gents,

Here's a non-combat (1/48 scale) model that I built for our local model boat club (Maritime Ship Modellers Guild) in Halifax NS.

This model is a "Bens Worx" 3D printed 'kit' that you download and print all the parts off, then screw/glue/etc.

This one is actually destined for the pond at the Halifax Public Gardens as a static display piece that'll sit in the duck pond for the rest of the summer.

That's pretty nifty. Now, if only they did a 1/72 or something sized Tribal class DD, that would be kewl.

Nifty. I might just have to give the KGV a try ... eventually.

that 1:72 Fletcher might be nice for Queen's Own, if the hull is thick enough. Hopefully the superstructure isn't too heavy, since it is intended to be a floating R/C model.
