You might try the Taubman's plans section of the Loyalhannah Dockyard site. English cruisers of the 1890's are hard to find plans for. There are plans for the HMS Apollo refitted as a minelayer but they show nothing under the waterline.

The National Maritime Museum in England probably has a set they would reproduce for you but expect to pay many dollars.

Again I love your choices but fear that the plans are unobtrainable. Taubmans has a waterline drawing of Apollo as refitted as a minelayer. I saw some where plans of the Vizcaya which was based on the Orlando's.

I have plan and profile views of Royal Sovereign (late 1890's version), but alas only 9 hull frames. With some skillfull Delftship work, you could probably get a much better set of hull lines working from those, but it'd take time and skill :)

I have the book those came out of and they are tempting. I prefer their wider funnel spacing to that of the Majestics.

Wasn't the Hawk rammed by the RMS OLYMPIC?

HMS Hawke was supposedly sucked sideways into collision with the closely passing Olympic in harbour, resulting in a long legal battle about who was responsible for damage to the vessels. IIRC the Royal Navy was found not responsible and the collision was attributed to hydrodynamic forces.
