how much would it cost to build a Fletcher class destroyer with a rotating torpedo gun if I build the hull and already have the transmitter, receiver, battery pack and speed controller. ?

If you're doing a multiple-shot gun, it'll cost $35 plus the servo to rotate it, if you buy the coiled mag cannon from BC.

Format as in which club format (if any). For instance, "fast gun" (MWC, IRCWCC, and Treaty) does not allow torpedos and uses bb cannons which are available from BC and Strike models. "Big gun" allows torpedos but there isn't a producer for them specifically (hence possibly more cost).

Tug's idea of a modded bb cannon is a good one.

I highly recommend checking the rules of the format you are planning to battle in nearby. It would also help to contact a person in that format to help with building. It will save money in the long run.
