I'm a lapsed Big Gunner coming back into the fold.

Technically CBG, but since we've never had a dependable pond, I've battled at MBG, MABG and NTXBG sites. Which is not to say that I'm a skilled captain, I depend heavily on a large BB with lots of cannon, but I do build a pretty model.

I've been following developments in 3D printing of Big Gun cannon with great interest. I have three hulls waiting for cannons/torpedoes.

Dry rot aside, I have two functional models, VFS Verdun (Richelieu-class) and DKM Komet (unarmed commerce raider). And, three hulls, two Mogami-class CA's and one Pennsylvania-class BB.

    Welcome to the board!

Have you considered going fast gun? DC is <1hr from Greenbriar and there's plenty of IRC members in your area

I'm too invested in Big Gun, and I like the format.

Also, Rob F and his clan will hunt me down.

Hi there! Unrepentant Big Guner eh? Awesome! More perspectives are good.

I'm still working on getting the ship registry together but I sure would like to see some pictures of these pretty models you say you have.. :D

Wellll, I might have overstated their prettiness. I'll see what I can dig up.

    Eric,
I'm working on getting active in Big Gun, again, down in Hampton. It's all Brian Alexander's fault for signing me up on the Facebook 1/144 RC Warships group. I'm babysitting Musashi and a Richelieu while building a SoDak and some other projects.

Are you interested in trying to get together for some East Coast / CBG / MABG action.

    Cheers,
    Mark Bunting

    Hey Eric,

I'm up in Rockville working on fastgun on and off. Got a pretty decent shop if you want to stop buy sometime. Won't even mind big-gun tech in the shop! ;)
