We ran three battles this last Sunday in the WWCC, and had an I400 in one of them. I've always been a bit skeptical of Subs in Big Gun combat, but the hit on a transport was eye opening. He had 3 of 4 barrels loaded arranged in a square. The damage was impressive and would sink just about any ship if the hit is successful. View: https://youtu.be/2jRDYZSZUwE
I slipped under the nose of the escorting Iowa because he was engaged with my teammates, and I backed under the Iowa to escape. The hit in the center was the first hit and I got off two attacks on the Iowa and only one hit. All in all, the sub ran great I just need to work on trimming it to run like it use too.
