ive been looking for iowa class main turrets in plastic and deck kits and I have came up with nothing.
premade turrets and decks would really help to hasten both Iowa class ships I plan to build this spring.

I don't know that anyone presently makes the 16/50 turrets for the Iowas. You may want to check battler's connection though, I think they make the 16/45 turrets for the NC and SoDak class ships. I'm not sure if there is a significant difference between they two, so they might be sufficient for your needs.

I think Ralph Coles makes turrets to go with his Iowa hull.

I think Grey Wolf has just come out with, or are about to, some super detailed turrets, but do not remember if the are for the Iowa, or NC/SD classes. Rick had a set of them, they were quite nice looking.

WOW! I hadn't been to the Grey Wolf page since it was updated. I don't think he has the Iowa or NC/SD turrets listed yet but the ones that are there look incredible. Damn, I ain't even built my first ship and I'm already interested in learning how to cast parts....
