Wow, poor guy. Glad to hear he lived so long. Its just too bad. The WW2 vets arent going to be around for very much longer (although i hope so, my grandfather is one)
I am sorry to hear about that. I have a A&A miniature of the HOOD right now in front of me. I saw Tedd Briggs on the various Documentaries regarding Hood and Bismarck over the years. He was a great man.
RIP Ted. I bought a postcard of Hood in her glory years, signed by Ted just to have the connection to a great ship. He did a lot of work with the HMS Hood Association to promote her memory.
I've read Ted Brigg's accounts of the sinking, seen him on media programs several times, and have a large LE print of Hood signed by Ted in my office. He was a gentleman and will be missed by many people. Bob P.
