The USS Tangier was built on a C3 hull, identical to the Bogue Carrier. So you can download the Bogue plans from here http://www.hnsa.org/doc/plans/cve53-d79.pdf and just use the hull portion. I also sell a lasercut hull for the Bogue which he could use to build the Tangier.

The C3 hull was used as a base for a lot of different ships, wasn't it?

Yes, the C3 hull was used by hundreds of ships. But you have to be careful, C3 is a general designation, there is some variation between different versions. The best reference I have found is here: http://shipbuildinghistory.com/hist...oships.htm From my research, the C3 Mod, C3-S1-A3, C3-S-A1, C3-S-A2 are either identical, or within the allowed building error of the Bogue hull.
