Hey, I recognize that shape! :)

Looks good so far. Glad to see you've widened the water channel beyond original specs, it started out way too small... looking forward to updates on this one.

Looking good. Check the distance between the end of the stuffing tube and your rudder post location and make sure you have room for a prop - you may need to cut into the keel some more to move the prop a little further forward. The fit back there is tight on this ship and you may simply end up having to grind the prop hub down a bit anyways.

yeah the water channel was super small so i decided to cut through the supports to allow more flow instead of just filling in the spaces...yeah were thinkin about cutting a notch into the rudder to allow for the prop if its to big..gonna put a 280 with a gear box in it i belive that should have enough power to push this little monster

Looking good :) Makes me want to finish my convoy ship for Nats!

The French Navy plans site has (among all the warships) several ships that would make good small convoys. To get to it, go to google and type in 'plan de bateau marine nationale' and hit enter. The top response is the one you want. Conveniently, they list the year of the ship, so you can pick ones that are time-period-legal :)
