Anyone tried any of the newer PLA formulations that they're pitching as being heat treatable for increased strength and heat deflection temperature?
not yet but I've heard good things about colorfabb xt pla and polymakr polymax. I intend to get my hands on some colorfabb and polymakr stuff in the next couple months
not sure about colorfabb's stuff, but I think Polymax still has the same temperature ratings as regular PLA, which put it on the edge of usability (don't leave it in your car on a hot day)
