@bsgkid117 needed a mid size convoy for SJS. I suggested this ship and was given a deadline of tomorrow by noon at the latest if it was to get in the queue. 2hrs later the hull was done and that's even with fusion crashing half way through and having to restart.
Any guesses on who she is?

Also happy new year! And no, I didnt do this while partying. Lol

That's not a Mehoshi Maru, is it?

Looks Alt-mark-y to me. Good luck with it!

Not that either. She's missing some significant superstructure.

Maybe a French oiler (bit larger than a Maru) pétrolier Le Mekong?

To be fair, in this form, it is an oiler. Well a Collier. One that is most famous for wearing a hat.

She had many firsts in her time.

not the HMAS Biloela (white Cockatoo) they wear the Sulfur crest, like a cap! was a fleet collier operated by the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) from 1920 to 1927. Biloela was built at Cockatoo Island Dockyardin Sydney, and was the first ship to be entirely built from Australian materials from first all Australian design.

About 160ft too short. She dealt with a lot of firsts with aircraft.

Close enough, it's her sister. USS Langley. Though Cyclops has a very interesting history of her own.

Sweet! That will be a cool little convoy. Potential for three design decks.
