Want to get into the hobby and was looking for groups I might be able to join in the Indiana / Illinois area. Also does anyone know who I might be able to connect with to build a battleship? I’ve wanted to make one since I saw some r/c battle videos some years ago and finally have the money to get it done, just need some guidance and someone to do battle with! Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially pointers towards individuals I can connect with and websites to make my goal of building an Iowa class ship a reality!
Its not Indiana/Illinois, but Great Lakes Attack Squadron is "reasonably" close in Michigan. @kgaigalas, @Panzer would be the guys to talk to.
If you can predict a battle you can make, ill have a loaner boat available for you to use so u can get on the water and play
