Cute little LST. I really like the LSTs, it's on my list of ships I'd like to build someday.

Nikki, if I may make a suggestion, why not go to YouTube, and watch a few videos on how a dc motor works? While you're at it, go to wikipedia and read about dc motors. Try helping yourself for a change, if people see you making an effort, they will be more likely to help.

The pictures really aren't clear how the motors are wired, yet I think we can work with this.

On one of the motors (probably the left motor in the pictures), swap the wires between the motor's terminals. For instance, the black wire is on the left terminal, and a red? wire is on the right terminal, then move the black wire to the right terminal, and red? wire to the left terminal.

That will reverse the power through the motor and make it run in the opposite direction. That will give the LST counter rotating props.

16 gauge is plenty for a convoy ship. If you want to go overkill, go to 14, but that's way more than you'll need.

oh, that varies a lot, depending on how much power the radio needs. You can buy some pretty generic 16 gauge at Radio Shack that will do the job nicely.

I'm not sure if this will work but I went to ask now now, when i put the wires on the motors! Left motor its Positive - To - Negative and then with the Right motor it's Negative - To - Positive, right??? I just went to make sure I'm going this right! With this being my first time wiring the motors on my own!!! sorry for being a nag with this!!!

Nikki, it all depends on your props, and which way you need them to turn. You should have one LH prop and one RH.
You are correct, one of your motors will need to be wired opposite to the other.
Have you got your props fitted to the shafts yet?

    Guys,
I have everything on her props and rudders But not the inters!!! I got a lot of new stuff for my lst! and I was going to build two watertight boxed (One would be for the Receiver and the other would be for the speed control and Fan)! But with my LST only having two channel Receiver, I'm not sure how a speed control would work with her! Plus a battery holder?

The speed control will work on one channel, and the rudder servo will work on the other.
What speed control do you have?
I'm not a big fan of watertight boxes, I've seen too many fail.
