Maryland Silver has some: http://marylandsilver.com/WW2ship.htm and so does Floating Drydock: http://www.floatingdrydock.com/Bu.htm http://www.floatingdrydock.com/TFW2.htm
He is close to me... I am having trouble getting in touch with him. I have tons of plans here he can use.
Another noob here, I know that there are ton's of Blue Prints out there for ships, but how about CAD designs? I will have a 3d printer in the next couple of months and I want to get back into this hobby. I also do not have much space to work with wood, so my alternative is a 3d printer to print up the ribs and the structure. (I mainly bought it for my RC aircrafts to quickly get back up in the air.)
Prox, you're in a sweet spot... Battlers Connection is just to the south of you (Orlando area), along with a great bunch of guys (Don Cole, Rick King), and Georgia is a hotbed of action (Statesboro & Atlanta, primarily) with even more awesome and very helpful types (Clark Ward aka "Tugboat", Brian K, etc). Keep an eye on scheduled events and come by for inspiration & advice! Jeff L (Charlotte, NC)
