I have this in my new DKM Scharnhorst to run the pump. I am looking for some info on it. Like what it is, who makes it, and what it's specs are? Thanks.

That's a Team Delta relay board.

They are now sold by servo city, link is to the product page with contains specs and link to the detailed specs/manual.
    https://www.servocity.com/html/electronic_pwm_controlled_rela.html

Basically they allow you to use R/C servo signals to switch high current loads (in our case a pump with a brushed motor). That can switch currents up into the 20+Amp range and is pretty standard for people that use brushed motor pumps.

It doesn't looked like it was ever waterproofed so if it's been used you may want to test it and then waterproof it, some of the parts on there aren't too fond of water...

I was told everything is waterproofed. With what I'm not sure. Some kind of clear coating. I just can't remember what it is at the moment.
