I have been building for a while a DKM Bismark in big gun format but eventhough it is hard I think I might sell it. So I was wondering how much would it go for with four rotating cannons and two with depression. It would also be combat ready. Any ideas? -Dexter
An unproven ship built by a relatively new builder is not going to go for much. Even a well built used boat rarely goes for the sum of its parts.
pictures go a long way towards determining a price, especially if it includes cannons. "combat ready" won't really change the price much, but the style and quality of the cannons can add a lot of value, especially given the current lack of cannon suppliers. If you are not in a hurry, do a little "shopping around" for a buyer. Although you may not be able to continue in the hobby with your ship, it may still lead a long and successful battling career if you find the right person to sell it to.
