I recently took a jump and bought both the book and the PDF plans for the Littorio class from the profile morskie fellow. For the price, they are acceptable (see update below, previous review is stricken) excellent. Heck, they are very good plans no matter what.

Cost right now was 9.9 euros for just the pdf file plans (what I have right now) in either 1:200 scale or a smaller scale, or 19.9 euros shipped for a paper book of information and the pdf plans in all available scales. I am waiting on the book, will review when recieved.
He has a very nice selection of ship plans for a very reasonable price. Well worth considering as a plans source. I will definately buy more plans from him in the future. May consider, but only after I sort thru the issue from the update below...

    The good:
Hull sections in far more detail than many plans, lots and lots of hull sections. Sections are not labeled but they are marked on the drawing as far as spacing and the section drawing is split so that it is straight forward to start at one end, and label sections to the other.
Superstructure component 3 views, cross sections, etc. are excellent. The superstructure regions in the drawings for each deck are shaded indicating where there are components placed on top of that deck section view.
There are 3-views of all topside hardware, including turrets, cranes, AA, aircraft, and misc. fittings
    The minor quibbles:
Scale: Largest is 1:200. That can be rescaled when printing/after printing. Given that the drawing appears to be cad generated, it would be worth asking if he would generate 1/144 scale drawings for us.
Method of printing: Drawing is broken up to enable it to be printed on a home printer in the PDF. Unfortunatly for us non-metric folks, the paper size is a metric paper size. I have asked if there is an option to get a PDF that is just a single page print suitable for kinko's or other stores, have not heard back yet.
Hull sections and other sections are not labeled (this is just the engineer in me nitpicking), you can readilly figure out what the section referrs to, it just takes a little time.
    ***UPDATE***
And now for what I consider major issues.
The hull outlines appear consistent enough with other sources.
After further work, it appears the hull sections are consistent enough with the other hull drawings up to the step down from the upper main deck to the lower. After that, however, the hull cross sections and the drawings do not even come close to agreeing with one another. Still probably good enough for combat, but be warned that you need to generate your own aft hull sections. for our purposes, his sections could be streched to fit, but I dislike inconsitencies this large.

I concur with your assesment of quality.

He did balk at sending me a book as a replacement for a set of corrupted PDF plans that just wouldnt print right, I even offered to pay the difference. It kept overlaying other sections on top of the drawing and rendered parts of it unusable.

I did not receive a satisfactory solution and have since sworn him off unless desperate or unless I am ordering the book itself. I am not trying to deter anyone from buying. I just want to give fair warning that the customer service has been poor.

I also didn't receive one book I ordered for 4 months. He stopped answering my emails after my 3rd one once 2 months had elapsed.

I have received 3 other PDFs and 1 book that are perfect and went down without a hitch.

Well, sadly, my update is in bold above... there are some inconsistencies that make the plans less attractive than before
