I am getting ready to order some props but was wondering what the difference between 25pitch and 40pitch is.....which is better for a transport? thanks for the help!
The higher the pitch number the more water the prop will push in each revelution. High number means high speed. It also mean lower acelleration. Your transport is slow, use a lower pitch. All warships should use a lower pitch too as they want good start/stop. We are limited for speeds, high pitch props are for racing.
