Has anybody seen the new Revell Fletcher destroyer in 144th yet? I saw one on e-bay and thought the details looked perty' good. Any thoughts?

Here I guess will be the first attempt to take a plastic model and make into a combat vessel. Who is going to take a shot at it? The old Dremel tool with a fiber wheel. This would probably be a nice vessel to just go to manuvering events as the WWCC events that are held. If anyone makes this vessel and makes it into a combat vessel, post it on this thread. I am sure interested.

Just talked to my local hobby shop. I ordered one. I will not arrive till March. I guess E-bay if you want it sooner. I am old school. I can wait. Someones got to keep these shops afloat.

I think I'd be inclined to use the Revell kit as the basis for a fiberglass mold to make hulls to be sold at-cost if I had the space to do so...but that's just me.

There were of the guys here that said that. I just wanted to see if I could do something with the model right out of the box.
