    Fast gun? Its ((total length * .15)-3)/x
    x=rib thickness
    -3 for 2 inch bow, 1 stern

    If not fast gun, sorry

    I thought the size of the ribs you are useing made a difference. If you use ribs smaller than 3\8ths you would get more of them. That is how I read the rule.

    Yes you would get more ribs but thinner ribs.

    Well thinner ribs get broken much easier than thicker ones (duh). I fixed enough in ISE so I can tell you.

    all ribs are in danger, If you battle the boat long enough you will fix broken ribs, that's part of resheeting. I patched the ones on my Arizona up last year and posted a how to. That boat is nice and solid now [:)]

    solid for now but did you know each one of your ships is the equiped with a built in frozen termite and if you build an axis ship in our shop they will be activated and are programed t destroy all allied vessel's before the technology can be copied didn't know if you knew that or not but it's true just thought I'd let you know [;)]

    Ribs 1/4 or 3/8 in should be reinforced with a wood or other solid material backing. This will keep the ribs from breaking in 2.

    I might have it saved on the home computer ... I'll check after I get home from work in about 6 hours from now. If I have it, I can email it to people until the file manager is back online.
