Yesterday, the Charleston Shipyards (Mangus Slip Dock) announced the successful test firing of the FRN Richelieu’s cannons. “The test cannon operated without a hitch! No leaks, no ‘puhs’, not a single problem at all!”, gushed Head Engineer of Cannon Development, Mr. Mike Mangus. “The entire team (of one person) is simply ecstatic! This is a milestone for the entire ship building team (of one person).” According to Project Manager Mr. Michael Mangus, the successful test is indeed a major milestone in the shipyard’s first ship build. “Now we can concentrate and tie up the many small unfinished issues still left to do before the shakedown cruise.” He went on to say that even though there is a lot to do yet, the ship will be ready for November’s deployment to the Florida operational theater and expectedly fierce battles in the region. The cannons were originally planned to be built “in house”, but time constraints and frustrating delays in material deliveries forced the shipyard to contract Battler’s Connection Inc to arm the ship. Battler’s Connection cannons are noted for flawless machine-like operation and hard hitting accuracy. The Richelieu is noted as a rarely seen yet powerful 6 unit battle ship. The shipyard selected the design based on rarity, size, and the design’s aggressive battling style.
Sounds like you got the most important item working, but since I'm Axis I won't mention, that you never said anything about your pump. LOL. Will see you soon down on the Axis pond.
