Hi everyone, I am posting this in both forums. As we all know, the Shearwater show is next weekend and we need to know who is going to be available to helpout, on what day(s) and who can supply ships. We are going to have between 10 and 15 tables to fill, we have two TVs and DVD players, a firing box and us. Please reply here ASAP so we can figure it all out. Thanks, Jay

Ian, if you could come out on Sat. am that would be great. We have more guys on Sunday than on Sat. and it makes for a long day if there is only 1 or 2 guys.
    Thanks, Jay

If you are there at the Shearwater Air museum before 0930, you will be able to get inside without a problem. Do you have the Hood or is it already there? If you still have it, bring it as it is the nicest looking model in both clubs. Just make up a name tag for it. See you there, J

Ok: I posted something like this in the other forum
Parking is at the side of the building and the back after unloading / there is no food or drinks in the museum area
after the tim's cup on the fabric wing of a $5,000,000.00 swardfish last year.
Only people showing at the event get in free all family members must pay, they lost about 900.00 in free passes last year. Also we are down to 6.5 tables because of the rc sailboats but i brought in two tables so we still have a big display. Please whoever has a fill station bring it The interview with bt was for Fri acording to Doug but it aired on Wed today. I missed it but my wife taped it for all
