what is the shelf life of CA? And whats the best way to store it so it won't dry up? I am thinking of buying it in larger bulk bottles but don't want it to dry up too quick

    Thanks, Jason

the guys at my local hobby shop told me to keep it in the refrigerator and out of the light. no idea how long it lasts though. always used it up once i got it.

honestly with the rate we go through the stuf in this hobby I cannot see the shelf life being a problem even if you get the big container

I can't say that I've ever had a bottle of CA go bad. I think the key is to be sure you properly close the bottle as soon as possible after opening it. I usually use a small 1oz bottle with applicator that I refill from a larger bottle. I use a thumb pin in the applicator nozzle to close it, I find that works better than the usual cap.

And here I was thinking that was what the cable cars and such going over the faults were for - to keep CA from going down and sliding off the shelf. ;)

    Cheers,
