There's some text overlap on the website but most of it appears to be bilingual; what part is difficult to read?
The mogami plans appear to be $24 and comprise two sheets.

The plans are $24 including shipping, and tke about 2 weeks to arrive from Japan. Also, Haruo-san sends a book of auxiliary drawings with your first purchase, which have drawings of all the AA guns, small craft, aircraft, etc. Very good deal. Basically, send him an email in English telling him which plans you want to buy. Be polite :) He will reply and tell you he'll send the plans when your money order arrives. You then go to the post office and get an International Postal Money Order for the amount of $24, and mail it to the address on his site. I like to stick in a piece of paper saying hi, and with the name and number of the plan set that I'm buying, and thanking him for making the plans. Politeness is important to the Japanese, and good practice anyhow :)

Also, if you do order from my friend Haruo-san, please let him know that I recommended his plans. I get no kickbacks or anything, but it's important to me that my friend knows I'm helping him :)

Tugboat, I've gotten plans from them and found that they are A#1. Very detailed. Better than anything that I gave found from here in the states.

I've asked the moderator to move this topic, since it's nothing to do with R&D.

Thanks for following it up in a more appropriate area (Construction or General).
