How do you actually hook up triples? I've never linked my guns together before as I personally prefer class 4 and below ships, and on my duals I've always set them up to fire independently on separate servos. I should be picking up my USS Salem soon, and will be equipping her with triple stern guns, but gun set up is beyond my experience.

I know I'll need different poppets (Mav-3?) and expansion tank, but beyond that, I'm not sure what else I'll need to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OH that’s easy call a friend who knows that’s what I would do [;)]
With your duals can you fire them at same time as well that way or just 1 after the other real fast[?]

Well I can do that, and will. I was hoping for pictures and it's always nice to see some other lay outs. Different guys have different methods of doing things, and I want to know as much as I possibly can!

With the duals I had on Courageous, I had them set up so that one fired off the left stick, one off the back stick. If I pulled diagonally left/back both servos actuated at the same time and both stern guns fired. That's the BEST way to set up duals on a cruiser IMHO, because it gives you the flexibility of single or dual fire. It requires another servo (in the case of your Boston you'll need it anyways because you're using a bow gun as well) but if you can fit it in, it's worth it to have the option of single fire if you want it.

I would just use solnoid valves (Kip) and hook them up as in a NC.
This guy has some pictures of a nice looking setup:

I am going to use tripps in my graf-spee.I am going to use 3 of the new clippard solenoids mme-2pds-wo12 For under 60.00 dollars you can have total control of all three and instal 3 minuature pushbuttons to tweek guns individually. They are 12 volt but fire just fine on 6 and even better on7.2.The 7.2volt 3000mahr are the best amp per buck ratio on the market. Two packs under 40.00 givs 6 amphr which will run me two sorties.

Thats what I did in my PE. Trip bow guns. But I did not bother with test buttons. I made up a diode steering circuit card, and just use the radio. Its about thr same size as the receiver.

Left button, fires left gun, up fires center gun, right button fires right gun, and down button fires all three. [:D]

Chris your NC looks great, how long ago did you make it?

Heres how I've done it in the past, very simple, probably outdated by all these fancy electronic gizmo's

Basic idea is you use a mav-3 to depress 3 mav-2's, the actuators don't require much pressure so a mav-3 is fine. Unfortunately you'll only need one servo to fire all three triples, but I'm sure you'll cope.
